One of the midwifes I think called Zoey provided me with clear nonbias information. Stayed late to help me and spoke to me throughout waiting me feel at ease.

Midwife and doctors were great, however reception staff were not helpful at all.
Suggested improvements
Reception staff need to be more compassionate - I was in a busy waiting area for over an hour with contractions few minutes upon - and reception staff showed no compassion when we asked for waiting time.

The nurses and physios that came were very friendly and supportive. They always asked if I had any questions or worries about my surgery and treatment.
They even went with me when I took my 1st steps outside.

Each member of staff I came across were polite, professional, introduced themselves and made me feel in safe hands.

A lot of waiting around initially although I was booked on an elective list although fully understand emergencies take priority.

All the staff worked as I unit and were all concerned for helping the patient improve mobility after the knee operation in the most friendliest way.
